8. Gas Regulators – 2 stage gas regulators for reducing cylinder pressure down to 10kg/cm2 and below
Single stage Pressure Regulators are available with one or two gauges for single step down of source to outlet pressure where operator can monitor and adjust the Regulator as needed or where the Regulator is supplied a nearly constant source pressure.
Dual Stage Pressure Regulators are designed for services requiring a constant delivery pressure. The first stage of the Regulator reduces the inlet pressure to about three times the maximum working pressure where second stage monitors actual outlet pressure regulation to a desired level.
High Pressure Regulators are specially designed for use in systems where a high delivery pressure is required.
Temperature Instruments are protected by means of following methods:
- Thermo wells: These are not only protective devices to the instrument but also to the process like leak of lead from a temperature gauge can be arrested.
